Alpaca is a lustrous and silky natural fibre. While similar to sheep’s wool, it is 3-10 times warmer, lighter, not prickly, and bears no lanolin, which makes it hypoallergenic. It is also soft and luxurious. Alpaca fibre is somewhat akin to hair, being very glossy. These designer scarves and shawls are extremely soft and comfortable against the skin. Each one is an original and one-of-a-kind design. Great for special occasions or everyday wear.
