As an artist I find wet felting extremely exciting as it an interesting process of fabric design with an outcome of different textures and gorgeous colours!! Every piece is just a surprise and special as none will ever be the same! What a creative, stimulating process… As fashion and accessories has always been an interest, I find creating an accessory piece, such as a scarf with alpaca fibre, very exciting. What a fantastic, luxurious fibre!! As dyeing the fibre is not a problem, one has the choice of 22 natural colours or an array of dyed vibrant colours of all sorts. The natural fibres of alpaca and others such as silk compliment one another, and I love that jewellery adds more glamour to an already luxurious garment. Therefore, my own designer range Alpaca Bejeweled. The name says it all!
